Cancellation Policy

Cancel Lessons Send in written confirmation of your cancellation. Include the date you would like to have your last lesson scheduled for. NOTICE MUST BE IN BY THE 15TH OF THE MONTH PRIOR. Mail or E-mail is acceptable. Make-Up Policy Makeup lessons will only be granted if you cancel with us >24hrs prior to the start of your lesson. A makeup lesson will be issued if WE have to cancel class. E-mail, phone call, or voicemail is acceptable. If you call but do not leave us a voicemail, a makeup WILL NOT be issued.
